Music Together® Winter Classes at The Overfield School Early Bird Enrollment for Winter 2019 Session Now Open.

We are excited to offer Music Together® in January 2019! Family involvement is key to the success of the Music Together program and we make it easy to involve siblings! Siblings younger than 8 months, as well as siblings older than age 5 are always FREE.

SAVE WITH OUR FAMILY DISCOUNT!

Register the first child for the Winter Session at the full tuition rate and each participating sibling will receive a family discount of $40/child.

Take Advantage of Priority and Early Bird Savings!

Returning families who have participated in previous sessions with Beth Beane receive Priority Registration discount of $15/family until December 7th (select “Returning Family” tuition rate). New families may save $10 with our Early Bird Registration when they enroll by December 20th. Registrations after December 20 will be billed the full tuition rate of either $150/child (for 10 week Session A) or $120/child (for 8 week Session B).

Music Together with Beth Beane – Winter 2019 Session B

Saturdays @ 10:00-10:45 am
January 19 – March 16, 2019 (8 weeks)

Music Collection: Drum
Ages: Birth – 5
Fee: $120 (includes CD, songbook, and online access to Family Music Zone)
Seats Available: 10

Registration button will take you to a Google Form which will prompt an invoice from PayPal.
Please be sure to include the names of all siblings who plan to attend in your registration. Even if a sibling is under 8 months or older than age 5, we still need to account for them in our class seating.

Registration Fees
The complete tuition fee (minus any applicable discounts) is required to reserve each participating child in the class. They are not considered registered until their full fees have been paid, Simply click the enrollment button above and follow the prompts.

  • ​Payment Policy
    The complete tuition fee (minus any discounts) is due at the time of registration to guarantee your seat in the course. Payments may be made by cash, check or credit card (invoiced by email). See Cancellation & Withdrawal/Refunds Policies below.

Credit card payments can be made online once you receive the emailed invoice.

Checks should be made out to the The Overfield School. A $35 fee will be assessed on all checks returned for insufficient funds. Payment should be mailed or delivered to the Mayflower Arts Center, 9 West Main Street, Troy, OH 45373. DO NOT MAIL CASH.

Cash payments may be delivered during regular business hours. 

  • Cancellation Policy
    ​In the event minimum enrollment is not met by the enrollment deadline, you will be notified of the class cancellation and a full refund of class fees will be given. Classes cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled at the end of the term. No refund will be given for class no-shows. Absence due to illness cannot be reimbursed or rescheduled.

Withdrawals and Refunds
We make schedule and financial decisions based on the information we have at the start of classes, and when people withdraw after the start of classes, this can cause us some financial consequences as well as scheduling headaches. Our withdrawal policy reflects this reality.

Withdrawals prior to the start of class: full credit or refund, provided you haven’t received your family materials in advance or you return them in new condition. 

Withdrawals during the first three weeks of class: refund or future class credit, either or which are equal to half your tuition fee. 

After the third week of classes, no refunds are given. However, if you have special circumstances, please let us know right away. We’ll do our best to honor your needs as well as ours.
