- Summer camp information is now available! Please download a flyer and registration form here. Additional details can be found on the summer camp section of our website. Overfield summer camps are open to anyone between the ages of 3 and 10; please feel free to share the information with friends, family and neighbors. Camp registration will begin Wednesday, April 9. Note this is a change from what was previously announced.
- Who has room for Applesauce? Spring break is almost here, and we still have one guinea pig, South Side’s Applesauce, who needs a place to stay over the break. If your family would be willing to feed and look after Applesauce during break, please contact the office by phone or email, or flag Deb down at school.
- Teacher Appreciation Dinner: Overfield Family Partnership is organizing a Teacher Appreciation Dinner, to take place on May 23. Volunteers are needed to set up, serve and clean up, and to donate food and drinks. This annual event is always a very special evening for teachers. Families can go to Volunteer Spot to participate.
- Strawberry Festival Fundraiser! This is The Overfield School’s inaugural year of operating a fundraising booth at the festival, where volunteers will sell strawberry-themed treats to raise funds to support our children’s work at school. WE NEED YOU. Please click here to sign up for Troy Strawberry Festival Food Booth on @VolunteerSpot today.
- Spring Break Reminder: Remember that next week, March 31–April 4, Overfield will be closed for spring break. The school will also be closed for all but Toddlers on April 7 and 8 when teachers will prepare for spring conferences. The regular class schedule resumes for everyone on April 9.
