Fall Festival Follow-up • Families did a great job getting the word out about Fall Festival. We had so many visitors, their cars filled Ridge Avenue from Main Street all the way to McKaig! Please return festival yard signs, car magnets, and raffle prize bags to the Gathering Place this week. This will help us in our constant efforts to be a sustainable school — saving us both money and preventing waste when we re-use the signage and bags next year. Thank you for all the Fall Festival support!
Class Meetings • We enjoyed meeting with families last night to learn more about your children’s names and histories. Look for more information online in the coming days about the Name Project we began together at this first set of class meetings.
Fulton Farms • OFP is sponsoring a Family Fun Night at Fulton Farms on Tuesday, October 22 at 5:00 pm. Hot dogs and cider are included in the price, as well as a hay ride and pumpkins for the children. Please turn your registration in to the office or an office communications basket by the end of the day Monday, October 21. Special thanks to the toddler classes for hosting this event. We are looking forward to seeing many families there!
Friday, November 1 • South Side, North Side, Multi-age and Kindergarten will be closed while teachers prepare for family conferences to be held in December. The toddler class will remain open. Childcare is available. Please contact the office by phone or email if you would like to reserve space for your child.
